JDFales Plans & Permits uses Chief Architect Premier software. Chief Architect is the leading design tool for Architects, Builders and Remodelers because it streamlines the design process providing us with professional quality 3D renderings along with our 2D construction documents. The 3D viewer as seen above is available to our clients who wish to see their project in 3D. It is simple to use and easy to access. We do not charge a premium for this service as is common in this industry.
At regular intervals we will send you an email containing PDF files of your project, a variety of relevant 2D and perspective photos and a link to view the project in the 3D viewer. Try it out above!
If at any time you have a variety of ideas you would like to try and see the results of we do offer Video Meetings (Zoom) where we share our screen, make the changes you wish, and see the results immediately in 2D and 3D so you can best decide how to proceed. This advanced service can be booked right here on this website and the cost is very affordable given the convenience and time saved with immediate results.
